18 Tremont acquisition closes at $37.5M

An affiliate of Meritage Properties LLC closed on the acquisition of 18 Tremont St. for $37.5 million from WB Tremont LLC.
The 202,409 square foot office building was purchased from the joint venture of Westbrook Partners LLC and Paradigm Properties LLC.
The 12-story building is a historic structure between Government Center and the Boston Common.
Paradigm Properties will retain the property management of 18 Tremont St. Spaulding & Slye Colliers will be retained as office leasing agents.
