Historic Office Building Sells for $37M

BOSTON-Meritage/Oppenheimer Real Estate Partners I LP , an affiliate of Scarsdale, NY-based Meritage Properties LLC, has acquired a historic 12-story Tremont Street office building that abuts King’s Chapel and the Chapel Burial Ground for $37.5 million. The deal gives the new owner a 202,409 sf of prime Downtown office space between Government Center and the Financial District.
