At Meritage we are committed to maintaining a regular flow of quality information to our investors. This section of our website provides our quarterly and annual update reports in electronic format as well as other information we believe to be helpful in understanding Meritage’s activities. We hope you find this portion of our website informative and useful. Please keep in mind the material in this section is proprietary/confidential information, only available to our investors and their advisors.

All partners in Meritage assets will continue to receive reports from us within 45 days after the end of each quarter providing narrative updates on Meritage’s activities and individual property performance, as well as year-end reports annually prior to the end of March. You will also continue to receive your K-1 tax information by April 1 of each year and Financial Statements shortly thereafter. Our outside fund administrator will continue to distribute to each limited partner and in Meritage/Oppenheimer Real Estate Value Partners II LP all capital call notices, quarterly and annual reports, and tax information

In addition, and in an effort to provide a central database where you can find all of this information for future reference, we will also post all of these reports/updates on this Investor-only web page.
