Justin Nonemaker joined Meritage Properties in December of 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Justin was an Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. in downtown Manhattan. Working within the Equities Division, Justin was an Institutional Salesperson covering both mutual fund and hedge fund clients. His responsibilities included developing a sound understanding of the financial markets, building strong client relationships, and analyzing the equity of publicly traded companies. Justin graduated from Colgate University in May of 2002 with concentrations in both Economics and Spanish.

Justin focuses much of his attention conducting due diligence and target market research for new acquisitions. In addition, Justin is responsible for the asset management of Meritage assets located in Metro DC and Providence, Rhode Island.
