JONATHAN SHECHTMAN - ASSOCIATE

Jonathan Shechtman joined Meritage Properties in July 2007.  Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University with a concentration in Management.  During his tenure at Bucknell, Jon was a member of the Board of Directors for the Bucknell Real Estate Club.  Prior to joining Meritage, Jon was an intern at Emmes Realty in Manhattan, where he specialized in market research and investment strategy. 

Since joining Meritage, Jonathan has focused his attention on researching target markets for investment, performing due diligence for select acquisitions, as well as assisting with the asset management activities of our existing portfolio.
