Erin Daly accepted a position at Meritage Properties in August of 2004 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May 2004. As an undergraduate, Erin majored in Global Economics and International Trade as well as French.

During the summer of 2002, Erin was the sole undergraduate intern at Tishman Speyer Properties, where she worked in the Finance Group at Tishman Speyer's New York headquarters. Her various responsibilities included the creation of debt management spreadsheets, property valuation analysis and the creation of marketing materials for various properties.

In over three years at Meritage, Erin has focused her efforts on the research, diligence, underwriting and asset management of several Meritage assets, primarily those located in either Boston or the New York tri – state regions. In addition, Erin serves as the point person for the firm's investor relations function.
