On September 22, 2005, Meritage, in joint venture with Ivy Equities, acquired Aspen Corporate Park, a two building complex located in one of New Jersey’s strongest submarkets. Aspen Corporate Park is Meritage’s first joint venture acquisition with Ivy Equities. As part of a repositioning effort, this 91,618 SF, two building office complex has undergone several capital improvements, including a new roof and new HVAC system. When we purchased the property, the occupancy was at 64%, currently we are approaching 90%.

Aspen is easily accessible from Route 1 & 9, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike and is also located within close proximity to shopping, restaurants, hotels, and conference facilities, Metro Park Rail Station, Newark International Airport and New York City.
