Justin Nonemaker joined Meritage Properties in December of 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Justin spent nearly four years with Goldman Sachs & Co. in downtown Manhattan, working within the Equities Division as an Institutional Salesperson covering both mutual fund and hedge fund clients. While at Goldman, Justin developed a sound understanding of the financial markets and his responsibilities included building strong client relationships and analyzing the equity of publicly traded companies. Justin graduated from Colgate University in May of 2002 with concentrations in both Economics and Spanish.

As a Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region, Justin operates out of Meritage’s Rockville, Maryland location, focusing much of his attention conducting due diligence and target market research for new acquisitions in the Greater Washington DC region. Justin is responsible for the asset management of over 1,400,000 square feet spread over seven assets located in the New York City metropolitan area and greater Washington D.C. Justin has had a primary role in the successful lease-up of over 800,000 square feet across these markets.
