The buildings were constructed in the early 1980’s and have undergone significant renovations including lobby upgrades in recent years. Metroplex I consists of six floors totaling approximately 106,000 square feet, and Metroplex II consists of 13 floors totaling 187,000 square feet, and contains 688 parking spaces.
